Refunds Policies
1. All Sales Are Final
All items purchased through Shop Leyna are sold on a Final Sale basis. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse," or change of mind.
2. Archive & Memorabilia Items
Items listed in the Archive (such as worn footwear or personal gear) are sold "As-Is." * These are vintage or previously owned items used during channel content.

Natural wear, scuffs, and aging are part of the item’s history and are documented in the product photos.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all photos and descriptions and accept the item in its current condition.
3. Shipping & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned as "Undeliverable," the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
International Orders
Currently, Shop Leyna offers shipping to addresses within the United States for our authentic archive items. For our new made-to-order products, international shipping is available—you can see the full list of supported countries at checkout.
We are actively working on expanding our international shipping capabilities for all archive items and hope to bring them to our global community soon. Thank you for your patience and for supporting our journey! 🖤
